Q: What does “refurbished” mean?

A: Refurbished means the PC has been previously used, then professionally cleaned, tested, and restored to full working condition. Every system we sell passes a thorough diagnostic check before it’s shipped — we only sell machines we’d use ourselves.

Q: What warranty do I get?

A: All computers come with a 60-day money-back guarantee. If something goes wrong within 60 days, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Q: Do I need a monitor, keyboard, or mouse?

A: The PC tower is included. You will need to supply your own monitor, keyboard, and mouse — these are not included with your purchase.

Q: Is it safe to buy online from you?

A: Yes. We’re an Australian business (ABN 80509532100) and all payments are processed securely through WooCommerce Payments or PayPal. We’ve helped hundreds of customers get into gaming without paying new prices.

Q: Will this PC be able to play games such as Fortnite and other AAA titles?

A: Yes, all computers from Gattatron Computers can run Fortnite and other AAA titles. However, if you want to play games at high settings, we recommend choosing a higher-spec system. Please note: without a dedicated GPU, the system is suited for basic tasks like web browsing and office work — not gaming.

Q: Can I change the RGB lighting?

A: Most budget systems do not have customizable RGB lighting. However, many of our high-end models do. If you’re interested in a specific PC, please contact us, and we’ll confirm whether it supports RGB lighting customization.

Q: What’s included in the box?

A: Each computer comes with a power cable and Wi-Fi antennas, usually packaged in a small cardboard box or bag. Many systems also include extra brackets, screws, and accessories.

Q: Does the PC come with Wi-Fi?

A: Yes, all our computers include a PCIe Wi-Fi card. If Bluetooth is also included, it will be specified in the product description.

Q: Will the PC be securely packaged for shipping?

A: Absolutely. We take great care in packaging our systems. Each PC is protected with InstaPak expandable foam inside the case to prevent internal movement. The exterior is wrapped in bubble wrap with polystyrene padding on the top and bottom, then shipped in its original box for maximum protection.

Q: I just received my PC, but it’s not turning on. What should I do?

A: First, try restarting the PC and waiting a couple of minutes. Sometimes, components may shift slightly during shipping. We recommend checking that the RAM and GPU are securely seated. If you still need help, please contact our customer support team.

Q: What should I do after receiving my PC?

A: A detailed setup guide is included. Generally, you’ll just need to:

     Update Windows to the latest version.

     Install the latest GPU drivers for optimal performance.
